A service is held every year to commemorate the crew of the 9 Squadron Lancaster who were lost when their aircraft crashed during a fighter affiliation flight with a Spitfire from Royal Air Force Digby on 29th Januarys 1943.
The service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday 25th September 2022 at the Memorial in the Field, Bishop’s Farm, Sibsey Northlands PE22 0UF. The service will start at 2.30pm.
