It is with deep regret, and sadness, that East Kirkby Parish Council learned that District Councillor Jim Swanson passed away on Tuesday 30th November 2021.
Councillor Swanson was regarded by all members of East Kirkby Parish Council not only as a dedicated District Councillor, who generously supported East Kirkby Parish Council in all its endeavours, but most of all as a friend.
Councillor Swanson will be greatly missed.
