East Kirkby Parish Council has been approached over concerns about the speed of traffic through the village, both on the A155 and the other roads within the village.
The Village has the opportunity to take part in the Community Speed Watch programme in which traffic can be monitored and details of speeding vehicles passed on to the Police for action.
This would require volunteers to assist in the programme. Without volunteers the East Kirkby Parish Council will not be able to progress the opportunity.
If you wish to volunteer your services or to just hear more on the Community Speed Watch activities, you are invited to the next Parish Council meeting on February 17th at 7.00 pm.
